Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are entered into between you and PureRx Biotech INC, d/b/a WePeptideRx ("WePeptideRx," "we," "us," or "our"), a company with its principal place of business at 5550 Glades Road, Suite 500 #1128, Boca Raton, FL 33431. By accessing or using WePeptideRx services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

WePeptideRx provides telehealth consultations with licensed providers and prescription fulfillment services. We do not provide emergency medical services.

You must be:

• 18 years of age or older
• Located in a state where our providers are licensed
• Capable of providing informed consent

Completing an assessment or consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Providers determine prescribing appropriateness based on individual medical evaluation.

Many medications we prescribe are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. The FDA does not review compounded drugs for safety, effectiveness, or quality before they are marketed.

WePeptideRx provides information for educational purposes. This information is not medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare provider for medical advice.

Treatment outcomes vary by individual. We make no guarantees about specific results, timelines, or outcomes.

• Your initial consultation is included at no additional cost. Medication fees are non-refundable once a prescription has been filled and shipped.
• Damaged or defective medications will be replaced at no charge

Telehealth is not appropriate for all conditions. Providers cannot conduct physical examinations or order immediate lab work. Some diagnoses require in-person care.

Services are available only in states where our providers are licensed. Available states will be listed during the assessment process and are subject to change.

You may not:

• Provide false health information
• Share your prescription with others
• Use services for unlawful purposes
• Resell or redistribute medications

WePeptideRx is not liable for treatment outcomes, side effects, or complications. Your provider will discuss risks and benefits during consultation.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Such disputes shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Boca Raton, Florida. You and WePeptideRx each waive the right to a trial by jury and the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other provision of these Terms, and these Terms shall be construed as if such invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been contained herein.

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
