All providers are licensed in the states where they practice telemedicine. We follow state-specific telehealth regulations and do not operate in states where our providers are not licensed.
Pharmacy Partnerships
We partner with pharmacies that operate in accordance with applicable regulatory standards to fulfill provider-issued prescriptions.
Regulatory Compliance
We comply with FDA guidance on compounding, FTC advertising standards, HIPAA privacy requirements, and state telehealth regulations.
Transparency
We clearly disclose when medications are compounded (not FDA-approved), when prescriptions are not guaranteed, and when results vary by individual.
