- If your provider determines that your condition requires in-person evaluation or treatment, you will be referred to an appropriate local healthcare provider or facility
Patient Responsibilities
- Provide accurate health information
- Be in a private, quiet location during consultations
- Have good internet connectivity
- Keep medications secure and out of reach of others
- Follow dosing instructions exactly as prescribed
- Report side effects or concerns promptly
Provider Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough medical evaluations within telehealth limitations
- Determine if telehealth is appropriate for your condition
- Refer you to in-person care when necessary
- Maintain confidentiality and privacy
- Be available for follow-up care
Emergency Procedures
Telehealth services are not intended for medical emergencies. If you experience a medical emergency during or outside of a telehealth session, call 911 immediately or go to your nearest emergency room. Do not rely on telehealth for urgent or life-threatening conditions. After any emergency, please notify your WePeptideRx provider so your care plan can be updated accordingly.
Consent to Consultation Recording
Consultations may be recorded for quality assurance and training purposes. Recordings are stored securely and are part of your medical record. You have the right to refuse recording of your telehealth session. If you wish to opt out of recording, please inform your provider at the beginning of your consultation. Refusing recording will not affect the quality of care you receive.
Revoking Consent
You may revoke your consent for telehealth services at any time, either verbally during a consultation or in writing. Revoking consent will not affect any care previously provided. Your provider may recommend alternative in-person care options if telehealth consent is withdrawn.
